By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
UMIE is a WordPress plugin that provides visual ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) functionality for importing, exporting, and migrating data across WordPress meta field plugins including ACF, JetEngine, MetaBox, and WooCommerce. The Service includes AI-powered features for field mapping, data extraction, and image matching.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the UMIE plugin according to your plan:
Your license permits you to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress installations specified by your plan. Each unique domain counts as one site.
You may not:
AI-powered features (field mapping, data extraction, image matching) consume credits from your account. Credit allocations vary by plan and are renewed monthly for paid plans. Free plan credits are a one-time lifetime allocation.
AI credits are for your own use in connection with the Plugin only. Automated or programmatic access to AI features beyond normal plugin usage is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse AI features or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Additional credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
Paid plans are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before renewal.
All prices are listed in EUR. Applicable VAT will be added based on your location. EU customers with a valid VAT number may be eligible for reverse charge. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by downloading or activating the Plugin, you acknowledge that:
If you have not yet downloaded or activated the Plugin, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at info@umie.pro within 14 days of purchase.
In addition to your statutory withdrawal rights, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Refunds are not available for:
Support is provided through the plugin's built-in Feedback button and through our contact page. Support scope and response times vary by plan:
Support covers issues related to the Plugin's functionality. We do not provide support for third-party plugins, custom development, or server configuration.
Active license holders receive Plugin updates for the duration of their subscription, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. We strive to maintain compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and supported plugins (ACF, JetEngine, MetaBox, WooCommerce), but cannot guarantee backward compatibility with all versions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data before performing imports, exports, or migrations. We are not liable for data loss resulting from Plugin use.
Note: This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law, which cannot be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Note: This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination:
You may terminate your subscription at any time by not renewing. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
The UMIE Plugin, including all source code, design, documentation, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of SIA Fici. Your license grants you the right to use the Plugin but does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
You retain full ownership of your data processed through the Plugin.
The Plugin integrates with third-party WordPress plugins (ACF, JetEngine, MetaBox, WooCommerce) and services (Stripe, AI providers). We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software. Compatibility with third-party plugins is provided on a best-effort basis and may change with updates to those plugins.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes by email to the address associated with your account. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.
You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
